Registrar Rating

This project intends to provide information required to support studies conducted by the Professional Association of Registrars, Transfer Agents and Depositories (PARTAD) since 1997 to evaluate professional, quantitative and qualitative performance indicators of organizations keeping registers of holders of registered securities. These studies result in regular (quarterly) ratings of Russian registrars.

Registrar ratings are calculated using an integrated (qualitative, quantitative and expert) registrar evaluation method developed by PARTAD experts under the participation of PARTAD Information Disclosure Working Group.

In addition to ratings proper, PARTAD also presents (TOP) registrar rankings: 15 largest registrars ranked by own capital (TOP 15 by OC), own capital and insurance cover (TOP 15 by OC+IC), and number of issuers having over 600 holders registered (TOP 15 by number of issuers).

INFRASTRUCTURAL INSTITUTE Financial Research Development Foundation (INFI) provides technical support to the project.
